Preventive measures for flood disasters need to be taken because it will be very important to reduce the impact that will occur due to flooding. Because of these problems, the author seeks to build and design a water condition monitoring system on an IoT-based dam that can provide self-warning as a preventive step as one of the handling of flood disasters. In designing this system, several technologies are used to build this system both hardware and software. Three sensors and one microcontroller are used in this system. There are water turbidity sensor (SEN0189), water level sensor (JSN-SR04T), water flow sensor (YF-S201) and Arduino UNO as Microcontroller. To support connection to internet network, ENC28J60 are included in this system. Software are design by using several tools. Figma is used in designing the website interface as a feature solution, ReactJS as framework in building websites, and Bootstrap which is a CSS framework for structuring websites, MySQL as a data storage database. All system development is carried out using the waterfall method by applying an organized structure that allows the stages to be carried out sequentially and focused. The results of this study show that each sensor can take measurements with an error below 1%. In this system there is a delay that occurs between the measurement data on the sensor and the data display on the website for 60 seconds. The system also succeeds in generating automatic messages at a predetermined time and sending automatic warning messages on telegrams when there is one parameter that has exceeded the predetermined normal limits.
