Power apparatus has been installed in starting in the 1950s in order to supply high-quality power as industry grew. A failure of power apparatus is causing massive consequence for recovery costs. Therefore, efficient maintenance of aging power apparatus is necessary to prevent the failure. KEPCO has adopted Health Index method for the maintenance of aging apparatus. In this paper, Study of Health Index for KEPCO is dealt with.
