Bright InAs/GaAs Quantum Dot Single Photon Emitters Embedded in Tapered Nanobeam Cavity

We report a nanobeam photonic crystal cavity coupled to charge tunable quantum dot for efficient spin-photon interface. We achieved coupling efficiency of ~32% and deterministically tuned the cavity resonance over ~9 nm range using gas tuning.
