In response to the emergence of quantum threats to contemporary cryptographic algorithms, post-quantum cryptography is rapidly evolving. This article is dedicated to the modification of the digital signature algorithm based on error-correcting codes. We focus on the KKS97 signature scheme. In 2011, it was demonstrated that this signature is one-time use only. Reusing this signature exposes excessive information to potential adversaries. In this paper we aim to overcome this limitation. We have advanced this scheme by employing the XMSS-MT scheme. Necessary modifications have been implemented in KKS97 to achieve enhanced parameters.
