This research looks at how advanced technologies work with regards to creating sustainable development and smart cities. The focus is on five key areas: They include AI, Blockchain, eGovernance, GreenTech, and EcoIntelligence. Sustainability and efficiency these are the aspects that concern the discourse of the present dissertation regarding each technology. This paper also shows that these technologies are very useful for practicing sustainability and creating intelligent cities. Its purpose is to give readers a clear view of how these technologies can be used to solve critical environmental and social issues. The primary focus of this survey includes the analysis of the use of these technologies in differing domains, the examination of the issues encountered during the integration process, the revelation of the potentials of these technologies, and the description of future prospects. As such, the paper presents a comprehensive framework that will be useful to policymakers, practitioners, and researchers in understanding how sustainable urban development can be achieved.
