This work presents a novel method for designing a meminductor emulator with the goal of lowering circuit complexity. One VDTA (Voltage differencing transconductance amplifier), one CDTA (current differencing transconductance amplifier) two capacitors, make up the design that is being given. It has a maximum working frequency of 1MHz and conducted in incremental and decremental mode between -55°C and 125°C. To investigate several facets of the behavior of the circuit, theoretical analyses are done. Furthermore, pinched hysteresis loop (PHL) in 180nm TSMC technology has been analyzed for many parameters at varying applied frequencies. Moreover, Monte Carlo Analysis is performed to assess the suggested circuit's efficiency for variations in various parameters falling within a reasonable range. Lastly, a nonvolatility test is used to determine the circuit's retention property.
