Use of ML and AI in Cybersecurity- A Survey

This paper investigates the relationship between machine learning (ML) Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity, explaining the critical function of machine learning in strengthening cyber defences. A thorough literature study explores the development of cybersecurity and emphasizes its importance in the modern era of technological breakthroughs. Artificial intelligence’s subset of machine learning (ML) enables systems to recognize and neutralize cyber threats on their own. The evaluation lists machine learning applications in several fields of study, including decision support and threat detection. Issues like relying on data and ethical choices are also examined closely. An agile methodology is used, allowing for rapid investigation of the ever-changing cybersecurity situation. This study uncovers insights into machine learning’s revolutionary potential in cybersecurity, opening the door for creative approaches to protect digital infrastructure in a world growing more interconnected by the day.
