The relationship between VTS and Chance Discovery

We have been researching for chance discovery. We also have been researching art appreciation. In the previous work, we added so called shikake for the information display. In addition we discussed such a shikake as chance offering. In this paper, we discuss the VTS-like art appreciation. Where information offering system can be regarded as chance offering. Thus we discuss the VTS-like art appreciation from the viewpoint of chance discovery.
