In this paper, the relationship between precision and level in the precision evaluation of measurement methods is not comprehensive, the method of model selection is not clear, the number of experiments is large, the time is long, the calculation is not accurate, the precision evaluation process is complex, and the amount of calculation is large. This paper studies a new precision and level regression model to meet more data relationship characteristics; Design and implement measurement method precision evaluation system to provide precision evaluation service for laboratories anytime and anywhere. How to build and implement a functional model between precision and the total mean m of the test level. The functional relationship between precision and m is an important index to examine whether precision and m depend on it. The complexity of fitting the relationship model is high, and it needs to be realized by algorithm program.
