Methods: This research study investigated the about the impact of SCM and it is practices about organizational performance in IT service delivery Industry. A model was developed to depict the inter-relationships between SCM practices, tools and the benefits of SCM. The data has been collected, Validated, and analyzed with the help Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) tool. Results: Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis revealed a moderate influence of SCM enablers on SCM practices that in turn had a moderate influence towards organizational performance. The study suggests investment in SCM practices as a strategic tool for IT service delivery Organizations to attain competitive advantage and grow their business. Conclusion: Organizations learn from past mistakes and successes from the DM. Achievements of decision assets by positioning them in areas where the organizations stand to gain, for example, knowledge transfer from one department to either improve or create a product in another department and modifying knowledge based on the earlier process that helped to create the new solutions.
