In this chapter, you will see several case studies profiling team leaders who took part in our field research of the Leadership Pathway Audit (LPA). During this process, the team leaders asked their team members to complete the Audit in a confidential and anonymous way. We, as researchers, analysed the results and then fed them back to the team leaders in a one-on-one session.
