A Universal Dovetailer Implementation

The Universal Dovetailer is a peculiar computer program capable of running every possible computerprogram without halting, by dovetailing the execution of each program. This program has beendescribed for the first time by Bruno Marchal, but without providing a code implementation. In thiswork we provide the first code implementation of a Universal Dovetailer.
