What is the issue with the disciplines related to computing in the 21st century?

This is a question that lately hovers discussions and debates in many countries among academics, computer scientists, engineers, and businessmen, interested in clarifying the possibilities of training and qualification, as well as employability in these disciplines. Among other things, because the offer of programs confuses students and employers are not clear about what each of these professionals does, therefore, do not structure job offers that can meet their real needs. In order to provide insights into this, this article of reflection offers definitions and descriptions of each of them with the idea of contributing to the discussion in academy, industry and the state.
