On minimally complete semigroups

This note is devoted to the study of minimally complete semigroups in the classof all semigroups. It is proved that an each infinite non-periodic semigroup of the form Bn,k = ˂a, b│aba = a, bab = b, an = bk = 0˃ is minimally complete in the class of all semigroups.
