Anwar Musadad Rusydi, Dessy Handayani, Miranda Hotmadia Tanjung · 2024

The research focuses on a brief study of the QR Bank Mobile Payment system in Indonesia called QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard), after several banks issued ATM cards and EDC (electronic data capture) machines with NFC (Near Field Communication) facilities. This study aims to analyze system quality, satisfaction, and user attitude in the continuance usage intention of QRIS in Indonesia. The sample data in the study involved 280 QRIS users in JABODETABEK using a purposive (judgmental) sampling method using primary data sources obtained through questionnaires, which were distributed through social media. The data was then analyzed using the partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results prove that all hypotheses are accepted. The findings indicate that system quality has a significant impact on user satisfaction and attitudes, which in turn influence the intention to continue using QRIS. This emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement in system quality for enhancing user experiences with QRIS. These specific quantitative findings provide valuable insights into the dynamics of QRIS adoption and user behavior, offering implications for businesses and policymakers aiming to promote cashless transactions in Indonesia.
