Research on the Application of Deep Learning in Market Trend Prediction of Entrepreneurial Enterprises
Yu Xin · 2024
This study aims to investigate the application and effectiveness of deep learning technology in predicting market trends for entrepreneurial enterprises. Through a thorough analysis of existing literature, this paper constructs a deep learning model based on a long short-term memory (LSTM) network. The model comprehensively utilizes multiple information sources, such as historical sales data, economic indicators, and consumer behavior data. Through rigorous data preprocessing, feature selection, and model training processes, research shows that deep learning models can effectively predict market trends and provide start-up companies with strong data support and a decision-making basis. Empirical analysis further verified the superior performance of the model in processing complex market data. This study, despite limitations in data quality and computing resources, provides valuable insights into the application of deep learning in market trend prediction. It also suggests potential directions for future research, including exploring additional data sources, optimizing model training techniques, and applying expanded models to long-term trend forecasting.
