Programmable Option 80 characters x 40 lines 72 characters x 44 lines CLINTON ELECTRONICS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES LOW-COST, ANTI-GLARE CATHODE RAY TUBES Clinton Electron ics Corpo ration, Rockford, Illinois, a leading manufacturer of cathode ray tubes for information display applications has recently announced the availabil ity of a new non-glare feature for their CRTs.The DAT A-VU feature provides a non-glare surface directly on the face of the bulb, thereby effectively reducing reflection without adding significantly to the overall price of the tube.Clinton's new DATA-VU provides the customer with essentially the same degree of anti-reflection as provided by a bonded etched panel.Dur ing tests of this new feature, gloss meter readings comparable to that of bonded etched panels were obtained when the tests were conducted according to J .E .D.E .C. standards.In addition to the non-gla re be nefit at a lower cost, there is also no significant loss of resolution as occurs with the use of a bonded etched panel.New Clinton antilllare CRT
