Quality management of technological processes (ТР) has led to the creation of а large number of methods that are designed to detect “disorder” of the technical process system. The “disorder” of the ТР is identified based on the results of sample control, which is carried out according to quantitative and qualitative criteria. Quantitative control is aimed at calculating the actual values of the controlled parameter, which are used to calculate statistical characteristics about the state of the technological process. Quality control is aimed at determining the compliance of a parameter with established requirements. The decision on the state of the ТР is made based on the number of detected defects. А large number of works are devoted to the detection of “detuning” in random processes. In particular, the problem of quickly detecting “out-of-order” technological processes was solved. Previously, Russian scientists studied the detection of “out-of-tuning” of Gaussian processes with discrete time. The novelty of the problem formulation under consideration lies in the fact that the observed process is multidimensional; during the observation time, “detuning” can occur several times, where some parameters are unknown. This type of control is considered simpler and relatively cheaper since it is possible to use the simplest control methods. The use of this type of control requires less sample size and provides controllers with more useful information.
