Health monitoring is now becoming crucial in the busy of every living being thus many problems and diseases are faced by humans due to avoiding health checkups and proper care. Health monitoring is necessary for knowing the status of an individual’s health and its importance. Thus, the focus of the study is knowing the different wearable devices such as wearable headband, smart wristband, and jackets which monitors the health of patients as well as healthy individuals and update their status in the digital format to their connected output screen through the Internet of things (IoT). We will examine how wearables affect the healthcare sector in this paper review, and we will examine the operation of wearables including their sensors and infrastructure in this study. Wearable technology makes it possible to continuously monitor physiological and biochemical indicators, as well as human behaviors and physical activities, throughout daily life. In this sense, there is a shift in the direction of patient-centered, citizen-centered healthcare from traditional institution-centered healthcare toward simple, painless ways of diagnosis and treatment. Wearing or carrying around everyday electronics like smartphones, smartwatches, fitness trackers, and smart clothing presents prospects for continuous health monitoring systems due to the increasing processing power and ubiquity of information technology.
