Research on Similarity Calculation Method of Cloud Model Based on Bidirectional Membership Degree

In view of the possibility of large errors in unidirectional membership calculation as similarity measurement in some cases, a cloud model similarity calculation method based on bidirectional membership is proposed, and the similarity measurement methods of cloud models in the cases of no crossover, full coincidence and partial coincidence are analyzed, and the conditions for the application of unidirectional and bidirectional cloud drop membership measurement are expounded. The results show that the bidirectional membership measurement method is more reasonable and accurate than the unidirectional membership calculation method. Finally, the results of three examples are compared with those of other literatures, and the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the direct comparison of cloud images.
