Web accessibility is crucial for inclusivity, particularly for users with diverse needs. This paper explores the integration of Dialogflow, a conversational AI platform, with Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) technologies to enhance web accessibility. Our study aims to improve user interaction and accessibility features through this integration. We investigate the effectiveness of Dialogflow in creating a voice-enabled web accessibility solution and enhancing user experience and accessibility on the web.Our comparative analysis with existing methods demonstrates the effectiveness of our approach in improving customer interaction and satisfaction. Integrating Dialogflow with TTS and STT technologies provides a comprehensive solution for enhancing web accessibility, ensuring that all users, regardless of their abilities, can access and interact with web content effectively. This research contributes to the advancement of web accessibility and provides insights for future developments in this field.
