An Effective Hybrid Approach for Housing Recommendation System

With a growing student population, the demand for affordable and convenient accommodation near distant colleges has surged. This project involves data analysis and models like k-nearest neighbors, XG Boost and Weighted hybrid method to fulfil the demand of searching online rental services easily with high accuracy. We use a recommendation system to provide the best facilities to the students. Important factors like affordability, safety and easy accessibility are fulfilled by these models. With the help of these models, both students and room providers could benefit and overall room finding experience for college students would be enhanced.
