The rapid expansion of the Internet of Things (IoT) in industrial sectors has underscored critical vulnerabilities, primarily due to the extensive data these systems generate and process. This paper proposes a robust solution integrating IoT with blockchain technology to address these security challenges. By leveraging ESP32 microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi gateways, and the Polygon blockchain network, the proposed system enhances real-time monitoring, secures data transfer, and ensures data immutability through transparent blockchain storage. The implementation showcases how smart contracts and Cloud IoT can be employed to monitor system integrity continuously and prevent unauthorized data breaches. Through this integration, the paper illustrates significant improvements in operational efficiency and system accountability, making a compelling case for the broader adoption of blockchain technologies in managing IoT infrastructures within industrial environments.
