Cloud computing and the use of blockchain have become a possible paradigm that can enhance security, transparency, and efficiency for various businesses. This paper investigates the idea of Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS), which combines blockchain technology and cloud computing. It explores the foundational concepts of cloud computing and blockchain technology, evaluates the advantages and difficulties of their combination, looks at current BaaS platforms, and talks about possible uses in various industries. This paper also offers insights into potential future developments in the field of blockchain-cloud convergence. In many ways, it has been determined that blockchain technology is the leading option for fortifying current computer systems. Cloud computing, another of the network-enabled methods, has been widely embraced by the sector thanks to a variety of cloud service models. Blockchain technology integration including existing cloud services presents many opportunities to enhance functionality and productivity, while also protecting privacy and security. How blockchain technology fits within currently implemented cloud solutions as well as makes it possible to redesign data centres in the cloud is still an open subject. This survey looks into current attempts to combine blockchain technology with clouds and tackles this problem. This work covers essentially three technological dimensions. First, the model of services and review Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) were addressed, an emerging blockchain service model important to the cloud; next, security is regarded as a crucial technical aspect in this closer task, and yet accessible encryption methods, as well as access control, are evaluated; and finally, the blockchain-enabled cloud data centres hardware, as well as software performance, were analyzed. The principal results of this study will serve as theoretical foundations for future research on blockchain-enabled cloud centre restructuring.
