Transforming Data Management: Blockchain Solutions for Information Resource Systems
Jiao Haojin · 2024
Efficient Human Resource Management (HRM) relies on accurate data, yet asymmetrical information poses risks, leading to financial losses. Blockchain technology offers a solution with its immutable data records. Its decentralized nature makes it suitable for various sectors, including HRM, where data integrity is crucial. This study aims to enhance HRM data security and integrity using blockchain. By developing a novel encryption method tailored for HRM data management, we seek to mitigate risks associated with asymmetrical information. Utilizing advanced encryption and smart contracts, we aim to provide a secure and reliable solution. We propose a blockchain-based encryption method, incorporating enhanced blowfish encryption and smart contracts. Data encryption is performed using advanced techniques, and Proof of Work (PoW) consensus ensures network security. Comparative analysis evaluates the method's efficacy against traditional encryption techniques. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed blockchain-based encryption method in enhancing HRM data security and integrity. Comparative analysis confirms its superiority over traditional methods, offering a reliable solution for HRM data management.
