Enhanced Security Measures for Government and Military: ANN and Decision Tree Approach to Counter VPN Malicious Transmission
Ankita Kumari, Deepali Gupta, Mudita Uppal · 2024
For governments, armed forces and related institutions, which need to be highly secure places ensuring all possible attacks on national security, are repelled. This includes the use of state-of-the-art cyber-security techniques. Strict encryption protocols must be observed for secure communication channels must be guaranteed at all times. A watchful eye is also of paramount importance. Governments and military structures can shrink the risks by emphasizing security of government actions and promoting an offensive defense. As the importance of government and military affairs grows, the research paper on an advanced secure framework to enforce security on Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). Based on a method using both Artificial Neural Networks, decision tree algorithms and fusion strategies, this legislation will improve the ability to find solve uncertainty threats. Moreover, the implementation of an advanced chip can give advance notice malicious attacks. That in turn also means the authors will be able to take proactive measures against them. The integrated approach has undergone strict review and test. The accuracy rate is 85%. All of this demonstrates its effectiveness in keeping government and military networks safe. By acting to detect and block malicious transmissions on a VPN, our system ensures sensitive information in satellites, aircraft and other critical infrastructure can keep its confidentiality, integrity and availability. Through the provision of a framework for security, it must be admitted that advanced security truly is what has been happening all along. By combining ANN, Decision Tree algorithms and a sophisticated chip, this model can offer an all-round defense against even the most advanced cyber threats. It will ultimately improve the security nature of government and military operations.
