Securing the Future e‐Health: Context‐Aware Physical‐Layer Security

In this chapter, physical-layer security (PHYSEC) techniques are studied for safeguarding the security of future e-health wireless systems. Two categories of key-based and key-less PHYSEC are studied under active and passive attacks. (i) A learning-assisted key generation scheme for wireless-powered e-health; and, (ii) a key-less medical image transmission scheme. Finally, a proof-of-concept testbed for group PHYSEC is explained to show the generalizability of such schemes in a real-world scenario.
