In order to achieve sustainability in crop production through precision agriculture, one of the key tasks is the development and application of sensing technology. The Indian economy receives merely a 22% income contribution from agriculture. Because the lack of nutrients in the soil is the primary cause of this, it also affects harvesting and, primarily, the health of people. Indian soils are also deficient in micronutrients, with more samples showing deficits in boron, iron, sulfur, and zinc and a lesser number in copper and manganese. Higher density readings are possible at comparably lower costs using onsite soil nutrient concentration monitoring. This would make it possible to track nutritional variations effectively and apply nutrients at different rates. Where different rates of nutrient application are made to suit local needs. Nutrient delivery at a variable rate is often based on a strict sampling procedure and laborious data analysis. It is highly desirable to be able to monitor soil nutrient levels effectively. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the development and execution of a soil nutrition monitoring system. This is achieved by an NPK sensor, a nodeMCU, and a display module to display the parameters. The farmers will be able to know the number of nutrients in the soil. They can know the suitable crops for their soil; it will offer reliable advice on the quantity of fertilizer that should be given to their specific agricultural area.
