Aiming at the problems of low utilization rate of distributed energy resources and difficulty in absorbing renewable energy sources in the massive, small capacity and dispersed low voltage station area, this paper proposes a method of distributed energy resources aggregation in low voltage station area based on virtual battery. In the method, a Virtual Battery model is first introduced to characterize the adjustable capacity resources in low voltage station area, and a low voltage virtual battery (LVVB) model is constructed considering the operating characteristics of distributed energy resources, network topology and the penalty cost of renewable energy sources abandonment. Finally, the simulation results are verified by using 21 node system in four low voltage station areas. The consequence Indicated that the mentioned method can availably enhance efficient utilization of resources in low voltage station area, and offer aggregation support for the coordination of multiple station area in the optimal dispatching of multi-voltage level distribution systems.
