Traditional treatments for visual disorders such as amblyopia (lazy eye) and astigmatism (AA), especially in children, lack engagement. Serious games (SGs) and eye tracking (ET) for vision therapy can encourage consistent participation in vision exercises. Correspondingly, this research developed an innovative and groundbreaking solution to the aforementioned disorders by integrating SGs and advanced ET to enhance children's vision. The approach is a comprehensive and engaging treatment plan based on the literature. Its application, which is tailored for children, prioritises privacy with real-time analysis using ET. The survey was conducted to measure the effectiveness of game-based app training for AA cases. 81% of participants believed that SGs and ET could effectively improve or maintains vision. This research bridges the gap between medical intervention and technological innovation, presenting a promising avenue for improving vision in afflicted children. The potential impact extends beyond those achievable with conventional treatments, offering a holistic solution to vision-related conditions.
