Literature-Based Knowledge Discovery of Quality Problem

Exploring the mathematical principles underlying quality-related issues is important in ensuring the successful execution of a task. To this end, this study leverages literature- based knowledge discovery (LBD) to empirically identify complex system quality problems. This analysis reveals a deficiency in quantitative research pertaining to quality problem prediction technologies. Furthermore, this paper offers recommendations for enhancing both theoretical frameworks and practical approaches in light of the identified typical characteristics. Lastly, this paper advances imperative suggestions for future research, emphasizing the need for standardization in the domain of quality problem prediction technologies.
