Configuration Tool for CI/CD Pipelines and React Web Apps
Filip Cák, Pavle Dakić · 2024
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are critical for software development teams to deliver software effectively and reliably in a high-demand business environment. In response to the increasing use of Agile management and other principles of Agile software development and Lean management. Despite increasing adoption, configuring pipelines, particularly for React web applications, remains a time-consuming and complex task. The proposed tool can be utilized for the automatic creation of pipelines that are used for the deployment of automated applications, including testing and building. The application requirements were defined in the requirements modeling phase. Unified Modeling Language was used to create diagrams for architecture design, including the analysis diagram and the activity diagram. This tool aims to streamline and standardize the pipeline configuration in React projects for the GitLab environment, thereby enhancing efficiency and reducing the potential for errors.
