The Research of BIM Model Structure and Integration System of Building Electromechanical System Improved by Automatic Control Theory

The automatic extraction of the logical relationship between construction machinery and electrical equipment is an important technical core of BIM from construction to operation. This project aims to solve the problems of incorrect physical connection between equipment and pipeline in BIM model, and it is difficult to automatically extract logical association of equipment, and research a new idea of automatic repair and efficiency optimization of physical association between equipment and pipeline for construction site. Three types of problems such as breakpoint, misalignment and wrong direction in cross-document are precisely defined. Then this paper studies the efficiency of mechanical and electrical integration automation repair, and realizes the batch extraction of BIM modeling and the efficient automatic extraction of information association. The research results of this project will provide technical support for the transformation of building BIM model to operation model. The research theory is helpful to promote the operation and maintenance management of electromechanical equipment based on BIM.
