Web scraping is beneficial as it includes faster and more effective data compilation, aiding companies in maintaining a competitive edge through market analysis and competitor tracking. Reliant on lead generation, the real estate industry benefits significantly from the proposed application, ScrapifyHomes, featuring advanced functionalities like accurate data scraping, a one-click operation, and a user-friendly interface.Real estate lead generation holds significant importance for business growth and success. It ensures a consistent flow of leads, increasing the likelihood of converting potential clients into actual customers and closing deals. Objectives include formulating six thinking hats questions, analyzing survey data, conducting SWOT and TOWS analyses, and strategizing improvements. The study recognizes challenges, such as a potential low adoption rate due to unfamiliarity with web scraping, proposing solutions like tutorials. Results emphasize ScrapifyHomes' high marketability in property flipping and suggest tailored marketing approaches, including online advertising and partnerships with real estate influencers.
