The influence of artificial intelligence technology application on employee work performance: Based on the intermediary role of enterprise innovation level

In the global digital transformation, AI technology's role in enterprise management has become crucial. To understand how AI enhances employee performance, a rigorous empirical study was conducted with 447 valid questionnaire samples. Introducing enterprise innovation level as an intermediary variable and organizational innovation atmosphere as an adjustment variable, the study found that AI technology significantly boosts employee performance and that an innovative atmosphere enhances this effect. These findings underscore AI's importance in enterprise management and how to maximize its impact through fostering innovation.
