Study on the Focus of Food Logistics Concerns Based on Text Mining Technology and LDA Topic Model

With the improvement of living standards and the rapid development of e-commerce, people are increasingly concerned about the distribution of fresh food, especially the high demand for freshness, health, and quality. Therefore, studying the focus of social groups on the whole process of fresh food logistics can help promote the development of fresh food logistics industry, which in turn will be conducive to the prosperity of e-commerce. We firstly crawled 1730 discussions about “fresh food logistics” on “Weibo”, “Zhihu”, “Baidu Know” and other platforms. We first crawled 1730 discussions about “fresh food logistics” on “Weibo”, “Zhihu”, “Baidu Know” and other platforms, and then calculated the optimal number of topics through the perplexity degree, and extracted the topics by using the LDA topic model. Finally, by analyzing the core hotspots under each theme, it is found that the social group pays more attention to 10 aspects, such as logistics transportation mode, logistics development mode, agricultural product logistics and logistics distribution companies.
