In the case of general aerial displays using DCRA, it was not possible to observe aerial images face to face across the DCRA. To solve this problem, a system has been proposed that uses two displays showing synchronized images to allow two observers to each manipulate the same aerial image. However, since the two aerial images do not exist at the same location in real space, the spatial consistency of the aerial images could not be maintained. In this study, we propose an aerial display system that combines DCRA and IP to enable observation of 3D aerial images at the same location in real space from different directions. Experiments confirmed that the proposed method enables observation of 3D aerial images and reduces misalignment of aerial images.
