Public auditing is a method to check the data integrity in the cloud storage without downloading or access it directly. However, traditional public auditing schemes are vulnerable to quantum attacks. To address this issue, lattice-based public auditing (LBPA) schemes for cloud storage have been proposed. Although LBPA schemes resist quantum attacks, they are inefficient and suffer from either certificate management problems (CMP) or key escrow problems (KEP). To tackle these challenges, this paper proposes a Lattice-Based Efficient Certificateless Public Auditing (LBECLPA) Scheme from RLWE (Ring Learning With Errors) for Cloud Storage. The security of the LBECLPA scheme is proven under RLWE assumptions. Theoretical analysis and results shows that LBECLPA scheme is efficient.
