Education plays a crucial role in society, and with the rapid advancement of technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative tool in this field. This research aims to optimize educational models by integrating Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SmartPLS) with AI to enhance management, teaching, learning, student satisfaction, and academic performance. Motivated by the need to modernize educational methodologies for the digital era, data from 500 respondent likely teachers, students, and educational management staff were collected to analyze interactions among educational variables. SmartPLS was employed for its ability to handle complex models and provide detailed insights. AI was used to identify improvements within the educational framework, offering scalable solutions. Results show that integrating Smart-PLS and AI deepens analytical depth and provides actionable insights for optimizing educational models. The positive impacts on school management, teaching methods, and student learning experiences led to improved academic outcomes and higher student satisfaction levels. This study highlights AI and Smart-PLS potential to transform educational development, enhancing understanding of educational processes and outcomes. It offers valuable insights for educators and policymakers to implement effective strategies, ensuring education evolves dynamically with technological advancements. Emphasizing the adoption of innovative technologies in education, this research advocates for creating adaptive, efficient, and impactful learning environments in the digital era.
