Innovation has assisted human race with working on the way for contacting an individual in trouble in the briefest conceivable time. In a developing nation like India, there is progression in the utilization of vehicles for transportation which has hugely expanded the traffic and mishaps. At the point when a mishap happens, the casualty's endurance rate increments when quick clinical help is given. An appropriate clinical help can be provided when the casualty has been sent off to the hospital on time. This can be achieved by reporting the location of the victim to the hospital on time. This paper presents a design and implementation of such a system, that is able to give a set of information from the user to the nearby hospital by sending a mail alert by using technologies such as Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and TensorFlow which is used to build the model which would help in detecting the accident and thus then sending an email alert to the nearby hospital and helping the victim to get immediate medication. The developed system uses CNN which attains accuracy of 84 % and also provides efficient detection without human supervision.
