Ovarian cancer is one of the most common diseases among women, claiming thousands of lives each year. Those infected with this disease and suffering from it need to be continuously monitored and controlled by doctors and specialists as part of a post-recovery care process so that the disease may be diagnosed and treated early in the event of recurrence. Using new technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), it is possible for patients to quickly share information regarding their health condition with doctors and specialists without visiting a medical center. Doctors and healthcare experts must review the shared data for awareness about the current state of patients. Due to the large number of patients suffering from this disease and the need for qualified doctors and specialists, this process can be lengthy, and this prolongation of the process is undesirable for patients with acute conditions. This chapter proposes a hybrid mechanism of three: IoT technologies, machine learning (ML), and blockchain. This hybrid mechanism utilizes IoT technology to obtain patients&s; information and health status. Also, this mechanism is considered an intelligent assistant that utilizes powerful ML algorithms to analyze the patients&s; state. As a result of examining and analyzing the patient&s;s condition based on the existing patterns, the intelligent assistant can determine whether the patient&s;s condition is acute. The intelligent assistant checks and analyzes the received data; it prioritizes the people whose condition is considered dangerous, so the doctors or healthcare experts may check the patients&s; conditions based on priority. Due to the concerns and challenges associated with privacy and data security when sharing data, the proposed system will encrypt and secure all communication processes using blockchain technology, thereby solving all concerns and challenges associated with the data-sharing process.
