Design and Implementation of an Abnormal Early Warning System for Intermediate Joints Using Drawings and Laser Point Cloud Scanning Technology
Yao Zhang · 2024
The traditional abnormal early warning system for intermediate joints has the problems of low efficiency and poor early warning effect. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement an abnormal early warning system for intermediate joints using drawings and laser point cloud scanning technology, and to conduct research and analysis on it. First, this paper introduces the background of the abnormal early warning system for intermediate joints, emphasizing its importance and challenges in engineering projects. Second, this paper proposes a method using a combination of drawing and laser point cloud scanning techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of anomaly detection. Finally, through experiments and tests, the processing speed of the system in this paper ranges from 7.24 to 10.38 data/second. This research provides an innovative solution for the design and implementation of the abnormal early warning system for intermediate joints, and has broad application prospects.
