Semantic web makes it easier for users to collaborate on content creation and information representation for computers to grasp. Ontologies are the fundamental building blocks behind the widespread use of semantic web technologies. It facilitates the sharing and reuse of concepts in a standardized manner., giving data gathered from diverse sources a common nomenclature and making it easier to distinguish between duplicates. To improve context ontology., a number of criteria must be met., such as expressiveness., genericity., simplicity., and flexibility. In this paper., the medical ontology-based access control protocol was built into the proposed work. The medical data is collected from the hospitals is used as the input data. For generating the secret key., the enhanced BB84 protocol has been used based on the quantum key distribution protocol. After the secret key is generated and distributed., the medical data are encrypted with the SHA256 algorithm. The encrypted data are stored in the cloud for secure data storage. Then., the reliable ontology based data access control mechanism has been used to access the medical data based on the User Role Assignment., Task Information Matching and User Permission Management. The proposed SHA256-RDACM model achieves a throughput of 369.35 Mb/s., accuracy of 97.86%., information loss of 2.14%., and delay of 0.006 seconds. Thus., the proposed model based on SHA256-RDACM performs better for data access control and security of healthcare data.
