Fault Diagnosis Method of Marine Sewage Treatment Equipment Based on Cloud Model and Improved LSTM Algorithm

The fault diagnosis based on cloud model and improved LSTM algorithm is proposed in this paper. Combining the working principle and fault characteristics of marine domestic sewage treatment equipment, the location of measuring points is determined to obtain fault information. The formation degree of fault features is extracted by cloud model network, and a recognition model which can capture the time series features of fault data is established by using deep learning network. The advantages of LSTM are used to enhance the recognition ability of fault features in nonlinear and non-stationary time series data Based on the experimental results and compared with PCNN fault diagnosis algorithm, the algorithm can achieve high accuracy of fault prediction and classification, thus improving the reliability of the diagnosis system and the efficiency of preventive maintenance, adaptability to complex working conditions and the accuracy of diagnosis.
