This paper introduces a novel architecture that in-tegrates private blockchain technology and a distributed MQTT broker to enhance the security and scalability of telemetry transmission systems in the Internet of Things (IoT). Using Hyperledger Fabric, the approach mitigates the vulnerabilities associated with centralized communication protocols, specifically addressing the risks of single-point failures and unauthorized access prevalent in traditional MQTT systems. The methodology encompasses secure device registration, dynamic key manage-ment, and encrypted data transmissions. The system employs a Gin server behind a robust firewall for secure blockchain interactions, while a distributed EMQX broker system managed via NGINX ensures efficient load distribution and fault tolerance. The proposed architecture fortifies IoT communications against cyber threats. It supports scalability by facilitating efficient handling of a large number of device connections, thereby setting a new standard for secure IoT communication frameworks.
