This paper will go over how we can manipulate with our eye movements the mouse pointer. It uses a webcam to identify faces, facilitating easier human-computer interaction for individuals with physical disabilities. Then, we use the decision tree algorithm to track the person’s eye movement. By blinking their eyes, the apps can be opened and closed by the user and carry out mouse functions without a real mouse. For most people with physical disabilities, human-computer interaction (HCI) requires the use of eye movements and hand gestures as a dependable way of input. To be able to increase the effectiveness then use of using eye tracking in human-computer interaction, a new eye control technique in this system is suggested that uses a webcam lacking somewhat additional computer hardware. The suggested system’s primary objective is to offer a straightforward but practical interactive method that only uses the handler’s eyes. The wished-for makes usage of iris also moves the pointer according to where the iris is, using Python and a webcam to manipulate the screen’s cursor.
