Papertronics: Neuromorphic and Hardware Security In article number 2312831, Byung Chul Jang, Hocheon Yoo, and co-workers present neuromorphic and security devices on paper and banknotes using SnO2 nanoparticles and polymers (PVK and PEDOT) via a low-temperature solution process. These devices mimic synaptic behavior using photo-excited electron trapping in the nanoparticles and provide anti-counterfeiting features based on the unique morphology of the nanoparticles.
