Bioconductor Packages to Perform Tensor Decomposition Based Unsupervised Feature Extraction

TDbasedUFE and TDbasedUFEadv are recently developed Bioconductor package by which people can apply tensor decomposition based unsupervised feature extraction to their own data set without the knowledge about tensor decomposition. In this chapter, we introduce these two packages with some applications.
