Cyber-security technique for profound analytics of big data using AI

Our day-to-day dependency on internet is increasing. All kinds of information and data including personal info are floating over the internet. Industries, organizations, and healthcare sectors are having a lot of sensitive information on the net, which needs a kind of security. Nowadays, recent technological advancements in computer science like soft computing, data science human–computer interface and machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI) have changed the size, quality, and way of presentation of these data. However, this has created a new kind of threat to the data as hackers can also use AI and machine learning technology. That is why cyber-attacks have continuously been increasing day by day on industries and organizations, which results in great losses to these organizations. In this book chapter, we have discussed different types of possible techniques to gather and analyse the information, then we have discussed different types of possible threats and attacks that hackers can use and last we have discussed different prevention strategies based on AI and other advanced techniques which can be used to prevent the advanced cyber-attacks. It has been found that the AI-based approach is being applied to a real-world case study of cyber security in a financial institution. The proposed technique can significantly enhance the outcome while improving accuracy and security and providing helpful information. The approach can also be easily adapted and applied to various other domains, including healthcare, defence, and government.
