As we realized that in the range of OCR Cursive manually written OCR is an incomprehensible testing undertaking for some genuine applications, for example, archive confirmation, structure handling, postal location acknowledgment, perusing machines for the visually impaired, bank check acknowledgment and understanding of verifiable documents. The Segmentation of cursive characters is most troublesome task. In this territory there is parcel of work is done and still work is in advancement. In this paper, We have attempted our best to assemble all techniques connected by different researchers and their calculations and comparisons by taking the analysts papers in the space zone of manually written characters division. We reviewed at most all critical methodologies proposed and closed future headings of OCR for cursive dialects.
